Online Practical Multiple Birth Pregnancy Class

Six units, with 10 modules in each unit.   

Each unit is designed to equate to one month of your pregnancy (starting from week 13).  Each module is in the approximate order you need to ensure you don't become overwhelmed.

Start the course whenever you are ready.   All information is delivered at once.  So you can work through them as fast (or as slow!) as you want.

Our Online Practical Multiple Birth Pregnancy Class is not a medical course on multiple birth pregnancy - that is what your Doctor is for.  Instead, it is a practical course on multiple birth pregnancy.  It is jam packed full of practical tips and information, written by other parents of multiples, or industry experts.

Most of the units are accompanied by videos and links to external resources.  So you can feel confident you are getting all the relevant practical information.

Choose what you want to learn next and re-visit modules as needed.

Unit Two - Approximately weeks 17 - 20

Congratulations, you are nearly in the middle of your second trimester of multiple birth pregnancy.  

This is a time of rapid growth for both you and the baby.  

By now you will most certainly be sporting a beautiful baby bump.  Carry it with pride, and enjoy letting people help you where possible.

Unit Three - Approximately weeks 21 - 24

Congratulations, you are nearing the end of the second trimester.   

By now you are probably feeling your babies move, and are having fun trying to work out who is who in there. Hopefully it wont be long before you can feel them moving from the outside when you place your hand on your belly.
