Follow the Twinfo Facebook Page for more multiple birth information - Twinfo
Each unit is designed to equate to one month of your pregnancy (starting from week 13). Each module is in the approximate order you need to ensure you don't become overwhelmed.
Start the course whenever you are ready. All information is delivered at once. So you can work through them as fast (or as slow!) as you want.
Our Online Practical Multiple Birth Pregnancy Class is not a medical course on multiple birth pregnancy - that is what your Doctor is for. Instead, it is a practical course on multiple birth pregnancy. It is jam packed full of practical tips and information, written by other parents of multiples, or industry experts.
Most of the units are accompanied by videos and links to external resources. So you can feel confident you are getting all the relevant practical information.
Choose what you want to learn next and re-visit modules as needed.
Congratulations. You are officially in the second trimester of your multiple birth pregnancy.
For many of you, now is the exciting time that you can announce to the world (i.e your Facebook and Instagram friends!) that you are expecting twins or triplets!
Congratulations, you are nearly in the middle of your second trimester of multiple birth pregnancy.
This is a time of rapid growth for both you and the baby.
By now you will most certainly be sporting a beautiful baby bump. Carry it with pride, and enjoy letting people help you where possible.
Congratulations, you are nearing the end of the second trimester.
By now you are probably feeling your babies move, and are having fun trying to work out who is who in there. Hopefully it wont be long before you can feel them moving from the outside when you place your hand on your belly.
Congratulations! You are officially entering your third trimester.
By the end of this month you may start to have some of those annoying first trimester symptoms starting to come back - like always needing the bathroom and feeling exhausted. But that is perfectly natural, its hard work growing multiple babies!
Congratulations! You are now well into the third trimester.
By now things are probably aching as the ligaments start softening in preparation for birth. Braxton Hicks are another way your body is getting ready for the arrival of your babies. Try to rest as much as you can.
Congratulations! You are on the homeward stretch now.
You will probably get to see your babies more often this month, as your appointments will be more frequent. Enjoy seeing them on the screen, as it wont be long until you are holding them in your arms.
